Ah the braces stage hehe, was there myself.
Don't worry about tuning at the moment, just try your best to keep it as constant as you can, but don't let it bother you for the time being, not exactly much you can do.
I remember the day I got my braces off I had a lesson that evening, and thought I wouldn't be able to play, and for the first few warm ups it was a little more wispy sounding, just because you will feel how much your embouchure changes, but almost immediately after I could hear and improvement. My tone became much stronger, and purer in pitch and the tuning became a doddle!
Don't worry yourself at the moment, just keep on practising and you'll just come on leaps and bounds :D

The most consistent tempo/timing is that of the Allegro, I suspect because you play it in lessons with the piano part.
I had a hard time with Eidelweiss, because you change the tempo and timing sooooo much. It is a soloist's privelege to vary tempo as the music moves you, but playing with an ensemble you must match the rest of the musicians. If the ensemble is large enough to have a conductor, it must be at the conductor's tempo.
I realize that right now the metronome annoys you, but to me this is your major weakness in playing. You have sooo much going for you as far as tone, and I can tell that you have a natural aptitude for interpretation- and those qualities are what make people want to listen to you play. But at this point, the tempo variations are quite distracting, they take away from the beauty of your tone. If you can take a step back, and take a long-range look at what you need to do to improve, it would be to practice with a metronome. I, for one, would be sad to see your talent lag behind what it could be, because you don't like the metronome.
