Binx stated:
Why would anyone even go to the Jupiter booth in the first place?

Perhaps to avoid people who make such inconsiderate statements...

John Lunn's flutes are so beautiful!! But ba geezus the pricing would give some people heart attacks.
Then again there are tons flutes that cost around his pricing for sterling silver flutes and aren't even in it's league when it comes down to cosmetics.....

Yes Patrick, I did see it but didn't try the lower flutes. I was like a kid in a candy store looking around. I wish that I had more days there.
I did try the Lopatin square flute...if you tried it, what did you think?

I did not try it, I actually try very few flutes at those events, I was busy in the few hours I had each day answering questions and showing instruments, not to mention, visiting with old friends.

OUCH....We didn't have time for Johns so alas I went sans pizza in NYC.
...my wife dragged me to Bubba Gump's Thurs.
up to the View Fri. eve and I dragged her cross the st. from the Marquis to Sofia's Sat.
She wanted Italian and I wanted to eat there after having a $40 bottle of Bud with "the stallions" the night before.

As far as I'm concerned it should have been a longer Convention.
