Hello folks,

This is my first post on the site. I was an avid flutist from 4th grade through my college graduation, but since then (3 years ago), I haven't played much. I fully intend to take it up again, however, I will NOT ever play my piccolo again :-), which is why I'm looking to sell it.

It's a Yamaha YPC-32 in good condition. What would you say is the best way to get close to its full value? I was considering eBay, but that seems like a bit of a risk to me...

Many thanks,

TokyoTony

Well, I ended up putting it on eBay after all. Figured it was worth the risk. If you're interested, check it out:

I doesn't sell there, you could approach a local band or school with a band. They sometimes buy instruments for musicians to use on as it's needed, and prevents the students having to purchase them. Or if not then the musicians themselves may purchase it, you can also bring it to your local shop, they sometimes buy back used instrumens of good quality and condition.
Hope you sell it either way, and best of luck with taking up flute again.
