Is anyone able to provide me with a score for this piece, or link me to a resource that has it?

I can easily find the concerto for 2 flutes in G, but it seems that this one in D minor is scarce ... almost non-existant from what I gather (after searching for an hour or more, and that includes commercial resources).

I'd be very grateful if someone can help me out.

They have a couple of works by Cimarosa, but not a flute concerto.
