Zevang...do you notice a difference with the Biggio stopper? I have wondered about them. Can you describe the difference?

I'll try to :-)
Well, this can be very subtle, but to me it's like if I have a returning effect of my sound. Thinking of what would it be like, I see it as if there was a wall right in front of me giving me a feedback of what my flute sounds like. In theory, some say that there is more resonance comming out of the headjoint. The explanation is quite simple and understandable. As the biggio stopper doesn't have a screw between the stopper and the crown, so there is a new air chamber at your left (when playing) which augments the volume of your sound. The sensation is exactly that. I feel my sound richer. My conclusions were made after many tests with the same headjoint, using alternately the biggio's stopper and the traditional system.
It's clear to me that it may change from person to person, and mostly from a headjoint to another. But in my case I can say it really works.
