I admire this master much more than any other. But I never had the opportunity of seeing him playing.

Thanks Jose_luis, yeah, He is a great player, I saw him 2 years ago in a competition, he was the judge, but he never played flute now, he's too old, people had to hold his arms to walk. I think he's coming to Asia this April, there's this 2nd Aurele Nicolet International flute competition this April or May.

He was the 3rd great teacher of Pahud and many principals flautists of the world, including our local principal flautists, one of my local teachers studied with him many years ago. He is great player and great teacher!
