Besides, it says in this persons profile that they are from Australia.

I think...our original poster may have been scared off. This is a place for learning, so be it ignorance or not, I think she got the point. She came for an answer, lets not rip her apart in the future please? When I was young, that would have sent me crying. Granted, I was a very sensitive girl, but you never know.

I didn't see anyone ripping her apart. Expect to get the truth when seeking it.

No, merely multiple people stating the same thing over and over. This person made a mistake, but she isn't stupid. If you look back at the posts, that could be a very easy conclusion to make. One answer telling her that was a "very very very very bad thing to do" is just fine. Nobody needs 10 people commenting on her fault. The point was across. Yes, definitely expect the truth, but I think the first response covered it.

Of course, I'd agree a group of people elaborating would be the best solution. However, the problem appears when it is no longer a group of people elaborating, but commenting only on the lack of common sense of a person for doing what they did and the ignorance involved. I do not remember who posted those things, but it was repetitive throughout the entire thread from multiple people. I should have made myself clearer.

In my opinion, it should have been over after the original poster said "Thanks for letting me know that". But I will respect your opinions.

I am not sure why we are still talking about this, but, I will proudly say that I am the person who said it was a lack of common sense. BUT, I only said this AFTER lame excuses were being made for what had happened. And for that, I am sorry that you don't like this, but I am not sorry for speaking the truth.

Thank god I never put my new flute under water Thanks for telling me that I was doing something really stupid. And I don't mind if everyone tells me I was wrong, because I was!
