I don't think it is available. Is there a way to get it transcribed just for personal use? Noteworthy Composer says it can make sheet music from a performance, so I thought I might be able to play the CD and record it there somehow, but I can't figure it out!

The natural option would be to contact the composer/arranger/performer and se if they can help. If they find out there an demand for the music, maybe they would consider publishing. At least they might help you get a copy.

Any suggestions for finding a contact method? "Lifscapes" (the producer) says they don't have contact info for Jeff Victor and I can't find a site for him on the web.

Yes, he seems awfully hard to get hold of. Lifescapes was a good try. Even if they don't hand out the contact information they should be able to forward a request. It's really to bad that Jeff Victor doesn't seem to be present online in any way since there seems to be a lot of nice music by him...
