Any good quality colored flutes?    21:30 on Monday, February 7, 2011

I've been playing flute for five years, and I'm getting to be pretty serious. I have a pretty old but professional grade flute which I positively love (but I'm looking towards a newer, more playable one...). Anyway I don't want a colored instrument to be primary or anything, not even secondary. Just kind of for fun, no particular reason. But I do want to make sure that it won't completely fall apart or anything...I don't mean silver, just not nickel, either. Are there any brands that make them, not really great quality, but so that they're decent enough to last? Thanks

This is link for GUO Flutes-- http://www.gflute.com/en2/index.php/products/new-voice-c-flute

They produce many colored flutes and piccolo with good quality. I just received my new voice flute, the sound is inspiring.

I think the price is reasonable with that good quality..

It is fun; I received my Guo New Voice C flute yesterday, and it is a blast. I was going to order the orange one, and then I opted for the white and black (because I have a white dog and a black dog). If there had been a bright pink C flute, I would have been mightily tempted! As you say, it isn't my primary flute, or even my secondary; it is just for fun, which it is.
