They're basic low-end student models, most likely nickel plated, the barrel is a flat ring design instead of raised rings on it, closed hole, rolled toneholes, most likely the 1970s and produced by Artley. Artley was in Nogales, AZ, some flutes were becoming produced in Elkhart, IN and stamped "USA" whereas some Nogales, AZ flutes were also stamped "USA". Depending on the keywork on SOME of the USA-stamped Artley instruments, it could have been produced by the Armstrong company or the Conn company. At least 75% of the Artley flutes stamped "Elkhart, IN" were produced by Armstrong and any newer-made Artley flutes with larger-than-normal G# keys were produced by the Armstrong company and merely marked 'Artley'. Value is about $25-50, nothing special and clunky mechanism.
