I have one, which I do like.
The best ones have a short arm and a large clamp. You need one with a wide strap - maybe leather is better since it doesn't twist and rotate. Mine is quite old but it works very well.

You may need to use screw sealant to lock the music clamp at an angle for reading it parallel to the head tilt posture during playing. You have to photocopy music onto a card, no bigger than A5 for it to fit without being overloaded. This is not a problem, since the holder angles and can be twisted and locked in position, so you just hold your flute as usual and the music will be 20cm from your viewing distance.
Avoid the one in your link - the arm is just too long and unstable.
