Hey guys...I have actually a yamaha 221 but...I want to buy another one and I want your opinion.
I would want a flute with open holes, Sterling silver headjoint body and foot, B foot, E and handcut headjoint...but I need all this under 1400 dollars because i m Brazilian and the dolar is very expensice for me...waiting answer soon thx

For about that money I would go for a professional headjoint. The Yammaha 221 is a very good flute. You will note lots of improvement with a good headjoint and you could buy the rest later, when more budget is available. I own a YFL674 that is like you describe; however, for some reasons I prefer practising works like The Partita in A minor or the Suite in B minor on the 221 with a Nahagara D cut HJ.
