I have a great flute that I am interested in selling. The only reason why I want to sell it is because I`m upgrading to a more expensive semi-professional flute for my school`s honor band. I have had this flute for less than a year. It is a Gemeinhardt 3SHB. That means it has a solid silver head with a silver-plated body and foot. It has open holes and a B-foot. It is in wonderful condition. I can e-mail pictures to anyone who is interested. I will consider any offers that anyone has. (The retail value is $1,200.) Thanks!!!

well first of all, poochunder you`re a sicko! and to Hannah, i was wondering could you send me the pics? cause i asked my parents about getting a new flute and they said maybe, so if you sent them i could try to convince them to get it for me. thanks!

Yes I will send you the pics on really soon. (I believe I can get them out tomorrow.) I had to persuade my parents a lot about getting my current flute so I know how that goes... ;-)Try this: I found a really helpful article that explains why it is good to upgrade. I`ll put the link at the end of this message. I showed my parents the article and it helped them to know that the new flute would actually make a difference in my playing! How did it go talking to your teacher?

Ya thats the thing, um, he said that I`m not quite ready for to upgrade. Besides my parents said that they don`t have the money at the moment. Maybe next month, it depends when we get my grandmother`s esate settled. Then they`ll have the money. Until then I`ll keep in touch with you Hannah. Then maybe I buy your flute. By the way, I have a new email address that had 100MB storage in it so could send all of the pics?

Well actually that works out great... I`m still looking around for my new flute and I`m going to need my current flute until then. So feel free to e-mail me if you are interested in my flute again later.

One more thing, with an open hole flute you can use plugs in the holes so that it is just like a closed-hole flute until you are ready to move up. :-)
