I live in an apartment and I`m very selfconscious playing thinking I`m irritating my neighbors. What`s your opinion on the latest I can play without being rude?

How about just communicating with you neighbors and asking them. If you approach them nice, I’m sure they’ll be cool.
From my experience, not many people are bothered by the sound of the flute. But it’s nice to be considerate of others. You should talk to them.
