Is there any inexpensive way just to try out instruments?

Suck up to someone you know that has the instrument you want then ask to borrow or if they say know wait till they turn thier back and take it when they are not looking LOL. But seriously ask around in band or lessons someone is bound to have a spare/practice or at least know where you can get one.
If all else fails you could go busking on a busy street and raise the money to rent one. Hmmmm.....not a bad idea I have to....emm....go....emm....busk....I mean do some homework....

This is the lamest part of the forum I`ve seen. A place where musical people can try and brag about themselves over the internet to people the have never met. Sweet.
