Please note that I am a beginner, a student, and cannot afford anything over $250.

I guess that ones all right. But I would preferrably not buy a flute on ebay. Just my thought. If you have a music store near you, use that. But if you have to use ebay, use ebay. That yamaha one looks like the one I`m renting and mine is very nice and just simply good. I guess that ones alright too

-gasp- oh wow. it looks nice. But i`ve got no idea if I can actually buy it, i spent about $35 on medical stuff for my dog, and there`s still more to buy. =[ But I want it.

I am the one who is selling it and the reserve of $175 isn`t hit yet, so you may have a chance yet.

I brought a flute just like that (same model, yamaha) for about $250 dollars on eBey and I love it- if you feel like you want it, buy it

i started out on an armstrong...i would not suggest it...stay with pearl, gemienhardt, and yamaha. i have a new gemienhardt its wonderful. i would suggest a yamaha as a cheap flute though, they last forever.
