Ok, I haven`t done this trill in a while, but I do believe for that one, there`s a little key on the...right? And you just trill with that key. Sorry if that`s incorrect, I don`t have my clarinet on me, lol.

Play the B and then take away the thumb as if playing a second space F#.

For the C#-G#, I would keep my right hand down and just trill using the left hand. I think I know what piece you are doing...the one with all the freakish page turns?

You can also (and probably Dmitri`s is easier, although I`ve never tried it) use the G sharp key (on the left) while still holding the B natural fingering. Be sure to do it quickly, as it doesn`t make for a good C sharp sound, but it works if the passage is fast enough.

Joann, if I`m not mistaken, playing clarion B whilst adding the Ab key will produce a D natural. I would play the clarion B natural, then add side keys 3 & 4 (of the four side keys grouped together, 3 & 4 are the bottom two)
