well, are you sually flat or sharp? if you are sharp, just pull out on the barrel (using a tuner to gauge how many cents sharp you are, and adjust accordingly) if you are flat, make sure all the joints are in tight, then if you are still flat, you embouchure could prolly use a little tightening, and chin up. i hope this helps, e mail me if you need anything else, or wait for someone i suppose

Actually when I started playing the clarinet I never actually had this problem. Because I listened to the teacher and always used a firm embouchure. But whatever you do, don`t blame it on your clarinet. I have a cheap plastic one and I`m the best clarinetist in my band. It`s most likely your embouchure.
Make sure your chin is flat. Your embouchure should be firm so that if I person tried pushing your jaw muscles back to make you smile they should be struggling.
