No, there`s no way to fix it.
You should always have at least four playable reeds on hand in case of accidents like this.
Also, you should develop the habit of slipping the reed under the ligature while the ligature is on the mouthpiece instead of putting the reed on the mouthpiece and then putting the ligature on. That will keep you from having more accidents like this.

OK Marcy, that was not called for. Jay sounds kind of young so be nice. And Jay, no, you can`t fix a reed sweetie. As you become a more experienced clarinet player, you will realize how fast you go through reeds and if you break one it`s not that important. Just get some new ones, it`s really not that big of a deal.

all these dumasses are idiots. You can purchase a reed cutter for about $20. You can cut off the end, the reed will be a little harder, but it will work. If you don`t break the cutter it will last forever and save you tons of money

The good thing about things you can`t fix is that you can try anything you like, seeing as it can`t be worse.
so why don`t you try araldite? You know, epoxy resin. Mix two things together and it hardens in a minute or so?
It probably won`t work but what the hell, what can you lose?
I fixed a cracked wooden barrel that way.

Reeds don`t realy cost that much, and I would rather buy a new one that have my tone get worse. Just make sure to have extras on hand.

I chip my reeds ALL THE TIME! (It`s staarting to get annoying.) But bought a pack of 16 reeds. On another page, someone said something about "reed cutters". Does anyone know what those are?

A reed cutter - the ones I have seen - are like fingernail cutters. They don`t cut new reeds from cane, they trim the leading edge like trimming your fingernails.
this makes the reed stiffer, too, of course.

Yeah... if you got reed problems like me it takes a box of ten to find one or two good ones... if you can fix your favourite reed, fix it.
If you just like fixing things, fix it.
If you just enjoy experiment, fix it.
If two dollars is significant to you as it is to the majority of the world - fix it.
If you don`t like people telling you not to have a go - fix it.
If you like to do as you please - fix it.
Have a good day
