Anyone know how to raise throat notes? esp Eb,E,G,Bb ?
And also how to raise Low E,F,F# etc..? And if you play a piece which is all soft, would you pull out more to where you were in tune for a piece with both loud and soft? because its all soft so you pullo ut more to make it easier on yourself?

Thank you for any advice

if you are talking about how to make those pitches less flat...that is impossible to do unless your joints are pulled out. Try pushing your barrel all the way in and playing the notes down low. If they tend to be sharp, but the g, G#, A, Bb and C are REALLY sharp...just pull out your bell a little...and possible the middle joint. I use this on my cheaper clarinets all the time. They are not high wuality, and are not totally in tune with themselves. So I pull all the joints out slightly.
