I'm a classically trained clarinetist (finished up an honours year in classical performance) but I'm planning to do a diploma in jazz next year. Unfortunately tho, I have a really closed mouthpiece that sounds too classical. Can anyone recommend a mouthpiece to me that ISN'T Vandoren? As far as tone is concerned, I like Eddie Daniels, Ken Peplowski etc.

Any suggestions on mouthpieces to try would be much appreciated. Cheers
