well, clarinet wasnt really invented until 1700s, i think, and they werent really "clarinets", i think they were really second instruments until 1800s? You probably wouldnt find it in renaissance music

i'm ok now. but it didn't really matter about the clarinet being there back then, i just needed a song that could be played on the clarinet.

i wish i would've known about that before! i played something called Allemande by Susato. it was formatted on my computer midi program, so some of the notes were wierd.
