Do you happen to know where it is on the staff (i.e. how many ledger lines and spaces above it)? This would help us as it is quite hard to figure your fingerings out.

it happens to me every once in a blue me. barely happens cuz i have a great embouchure. i have been playing for 3 years now so i pretty much am over that phase of squeakiness. you might have a short leackage or something... it hapens man. if not try using alternate fingerings. by the way that note is high "D" not high "A" trust me. high "A" is this: (register key held with back)
x
o
ox
x xx
xx x
x
xx
xx

just play the not with out the register key and when that sound is perfect add the register key and it will be a whole lot easier

Don't worry, u just need to practice. It took me 2 months to get above an A. the only thing is don't get discouraged. (sorry 'bout the spelling)
