Just cuz that other band is bigger than you doesnt make them better. Thats like Allen High School, you might know about them, they are the biggest in Texas, they march about 550 people. They have a big sound yes, but it is kind of unbalanced and most DCI groups only have 100 marchers and can blow Allen out of the water with their sound

We have a 92 piece band, with roughly 15-20 clarinets. (haven't decided if we're switching any to another instrument)

True Wamcmw, size doesn't matter but still they have the best band. Texas is Texas. I go to James Madison High in SA obviously.

Here? Yea for the most part everyone around here is 5A. We have the biggest in our area. Most bands have about 150-180 around there, not too many break the 200 mark

guys dont laugh but the school im in is all getto so no 1 will join band. there is a total of 35 marching/concert players. 13 clarinets which overblows the whole band so at time i switch to sax and well blow those lol. i am 1st chair on clarinet and unfortunatly last 4 sax cuz i just started on it. o well still our band rox! (on a c or d size)
