Someone in my band has these and I'm wondering where to get them. They are a pair of silver (or gold) bars and one pin (with a pair) goes on each side of the neck of the uniform.

They denote who is section leader for marching band, or 1st chair/principle player for symphonic band.

If anyone has seen or heard of these, I'd love to hear from you as I would really like to get a set of them.
