Hi,am trying to find out about clarinet `enharmonics` (or at least i think what`s what it`s known as?!). Basically it looks like several notes joined up, all on top of each other??? Can anyone help???????

enharmonic notes are two notes that have the same sound. like a G# and an Ab or a F# and a Gb. its kind of hard to explain but ill try. One note`s sharp is the note above it`s flat.

You may be talking about multiphonics, but I`m not sure exactly how you do them. One of my techniques may be them, but I don`t know if it is.

clarinet enharmonics are easy to understand...find a fingering chart...and learn...all of the notes...`both ways`....instead of knowing Bb...often..also know that it could be written...also as A#(etc.), it will help you in the longrun.
all-state clarinet player...
