My daughter plans to start playing the clarinet in band (5th grade). I`d like to purchase one on e-bay, but I am not sure which clarinet is best for her. She is a beginning student. Would have to be teach approved. Which is best? Bb 17 seems to be the most common, however I found a Bb 14 key that`s real cute. Is there much difference and would it be suitable? HELP. Stephanie

DO NOT BUY IT!
As a beginner it will not do her much good unless u hang it on her wall or something. There was a thread on this recently where i explained the difference.
