hi, i have been playing clarinet for 6 years now and i am quite experienced and well i say i am very good.
i have a beautiful wooden hand made clarinet but was looking to get another one just for practising.
i was looking at a ciabali but, i don't know whether they are any good.
do you guys have any experience with them or know anything abut them?

I learned from a technician that a Cibaili is a cheap instrument with poor intonation and poor quality keywork.
Look for a Bundy (by Selmer) or Vito (by Leblanc) student clarinet. They are well made by reputable companies. Used, they often go for as little as fifty dollars on ebay.

i currently play on a jupiter and despite some people saying they're not that good, mine is sounding really beautful

i disagree with clarinet99 in the sense that for a 6 year player, the student level veto/bundy type clarinet will not allow you to go far. If you plan on majoring in music, invest perhaps in a buffet greenline, or maybe even leblanc concerto II, which are both clarinets of high quality, but are expensive. Good luck in finding one that fits your personality.

PS... If you could get a Robert. Malerne proffesional in an antique store or something, it would be well worth the tune up it would most likely require...
