Hi. We have a wooden clarinet that our son used use in band. He has two, a plastic one, and a wooden one that he only used during concerts. We were going to try and sell it, since he's gone to college and doesn't play the clarinet anymore. We saved the receipts, but the store used their SKU, not the one of the clarinet, annd the store went out of business. Ha ha. Here's some pictures:
If those are indeed the pictures then what you have is a Yamaha Custom CS clarinet. This is a professional level clarinet with silverplated keys (not nickel like most others).
The CS with the original Yamaha Custom professional model. Originally designed after the Buffet R13 it has smaller toneholes and a larger undercut and small overcut to provide an easy blowing with good projection sound. A great clarinet IMHO
