Don't panic!
Start off slowly & identify finger changes that cause problems & sort those out one at a time. Then put the whole thing together & increase the speed - even practicing the passage faster than needed. Also a good idea is to practice it backwards, by which I mean look at the last measure & nail that then work your way back to the beginning adding sections. If you always do it from the beginning the early bits work well but the end, when your brain is about to blow a fuse, will always be a mess. You will find that after a few minutes things might get worse so forget that bit & look at some easier part of the music & return to the 16ths later.

When I need to play things really fast, I'll slow the metronome down to a speed where I can comfortably play it, and after I've played it 7-10 times in a row with no mistakes, I'll speed the met up a couple notches, and repeat the process. Before I know it, I'm flying. You need to do this every day though, because you'll lose some of the speed you gained in the previous day's practice.

Thank you!

I'm doing this piece at a camp..and they're playing them really fast. So what I've been doing is fingering the sixteenth notes while I'm there...and then working on them more slowly when I get home.
