I just got back from my first lesson today. I was taught how to attach to reed to the mouth piece with the ligature and worked on the getting a sound out of the assembly before attaching it to the barrel and the rest of the instrument.
After everything was attached my teacher worked with me thru my first notes. I have a sheet
with notes to practice on before my next lesson. I enjoyed my first lesson. I was fun!
