I have an audition for high school on the 14th of May. I need a solo or an excerpt from an etude for the contra alto clarinet. It cannot be from band music or pop/show tunes. I'd like it to actually be for my instrument so I don't have to transpose. It should show musicality and my range (up to high a#). Does anyone know of some pieces for a rising 9th grader?

I hate to tell you, but there's not really much contra alto stuff out there (I don't know of any). The contra alto clarinet isn't really in wide use anymore. You mostly just find it in school bands where the school bought one years ago, and it's still kicking around. Since I assume you won't be playing with anyone else for your audition, key doesn't really matter. I would suggest finding an appropriate work for clarinet or possibly bass clarinet, if you can find something you like and are comfortable playing. In my experience, music for bass clarinet is either lame (i.e. bad pop arrangement) or very difficult because solo clarinet playing has only recently come into its own, and as a result music for solo bass clarinet tends to be very difficult avant garde music.
