If you are talking about the G that sits on the fourth leger line above the stave, then there are many ways to play it. Figure out which one is most in tune on your instrument.
1. Register key and thumb plus second finger on left hand covering the second hole with the first two fingers on the right hand covering the first and second holes and the D#/G# key.
2.Register key and thumb. First finger on left hand over first hole and first two fingers on right hand covering first and second holes.
3. Register key and thumb. First finger on left hand plus G#/D# key and the little key between the third and second holes on the lower joint.
4. Register key and thumb. First and third fingers on left hand covering first and third holes on upper joint. Plus first two fingers on right hand covering first two holes and the G#/D# key.
5. The first and third fingers on the left hand covering the first and third holes with the first and third fingers on the right hand plus the G#/D# key.
There are many different ways of fingering most of the altissimo register and I`m sure others will add more fingerings that I have not listed. These are the ones on my fingering chart.

btw, just because u know the fingering doesn`t mean u can play it, it is a pain to get those high notes out.

My favortie fingering is thumb and register w/ the middle finger of your left hand and the first two figers on your right. (the right hand e flat key is optional but helps it come out sometimes)

higher register are no problems, just tuning them i dun have the best year for tuning, i can tell if something is out of tune, but i`m not good at fine tuning them
