First of all I want to thank you for helping me like this =) I really appreciate it. I`m in school right now so I can`t get all of the info but I`ll post agian as soon as I get home.

Well my clarinet isn`t granular but it`s sure loosing it`s black color. It`s actally reddish brown on many places if you look closely, especially in the bore.

I use Vandoren 2 1/2 reeds with a 5RV(lyre) mouth piece. The ligature is the one that came along with the instrument. It looks a lot like this:

(Copy the URL and paste it into your web browser.)

"Check around the tenons of the instrument and sample to see if the bore oil soaks fast."
I don`t understand this sentence. What`s a "tenon" and what do you mean by sample?

How do I know which model it is? All the info I have is what`s written on the clarinet and that`s "Noblet, Paris". There`s also a serial number: A64857.
