i play on a selmer bass clarinet in symphonic, and a buffet with a rovner lig. for practice and jazz with

Buffet B12 Bb clarinet
Vandoren B40 Mouthpiece
Vandoren optimum ligature
&
Buffet E11 Eb clarinet
with the mouthpiece that came with it.

sadly i only own one clarinet. i definately need a new one. i want a leblanc noblet 45. but i play on

Scott Sutton, I suggest you try different types with your clarineTte. It all depends on your own preferences. For instance, I cant play on Bay`s mouthpieces because the sound is very bright, which I dont like. It sometimes also depends on the reed. The best for me are Gonzalez FOF Vandoren V12 and Michel Lurrie. Ricos neither GC nor the Thick Selects dont fit me at all. The material of which ligature is made is also important (leather or metal). Spend half an hour in the store and make your own compilation
