Hi, I`m wondering if buying a bass clarinet is a logical choice because my school has its own but it`s not too bad. I`m a serious bass clarinet player whos been been playing for almost two years. I know bass clarinets cost a chunk of money so I`m unsure if buying one is the right choice. Also, does anyone play on a JD Hite mouthpiece? If you do can you tell of it`s a reliable?

I am wanting to purchase a Bass Clarinet myself. I too have been playing for 2 years and have wanted to purchase one but they cost a TON of money! I feel your pain. lol
