i cant get my stupid high notes to come through! and my teacher keeps moaning when i do them wrong.

Try more air support and tightening the corners of the mouth.

don`t tighten up on the high notes.. your embouchure should stay firm and `correct` at all times... pinching the high notes makes them undershot or thin. try raising your eyebrows (more of a double reed thing but it works), thinking higher, raising our toungue in the back of your moth as if hissing, and using your diaphram for a little extra push. also, what size reed are you using? if you are a begginner, a harder reed will make it harder to play higher notes

erm.. drop your jaw a bit... it worked for me when i played clarinet...
