I have been playing for 3 months and was reading a thread on high notes and how to do it, so i thought i would have a go..... Best i could do was A 1 line above stave but now I just reached E and am very pleased. It also sounded good.So watch out you pro`s I am getting higher lol. P.S. great forum very nice people...

I was teaching a friend high note fingerings the other day and was able to hit the highest c for the first time - i`d never attempted it before. a trivial thing, I suppose, but still very cool

Congrats....it took me a while to get that high when I was younger but it`s a nice achievement isn`t it.

it does feel good , nearly as good as when i stopped wetting the bed lol

Congrats. I can play the full chromatic scale and the altissimo notes. It was also an accomplishment for me the first time.
