I just can`t seem to get the fingering for the higher notes are there any tips anyone can give me? I would really appreciate it.

If it`s a fingering problem, practice practice practice
Check out online fingering charts - most of those really high notes have dozens of alternate fingerings to use for different situations / pitch / instruments /players
