Bose sound cancellation headphones? never heard of them!

I love the cor anglais.

I can't stand jazz on bassoon, so i can't even imagine what it must be like for oboe...

Well, I play both and I love them both. There so different
I love bassoon 'cos i'm pretty much the only bassoon in school, its unusual and a bit odd. Ilike making a big noise and i'm findinmg in quite easy to pick up,its juist the bas clef that I get a bit confused with,i mean,i can aplly it to both bassoon and piano but i cant read it very well
I love my oboe because its my oboe!!
i love the fact that I can play it nd im one of only 4 in the school who can plus i love my oboe itself. Im a better oboesist than bassoon nd I onl play bassoon in the junior orchestr cos they have no bass.i took it up as they do free tuition at my music centre and the bassoonist at my shool had just gone to uni and since we were close friends and we get muddled up with each other it seemed that i was the best person to do it!
I guess if I had to choose one or the other itd have to be oboe to play covered in roten tomatoes!* but i do love playing a big instruemnt,do any of you just feel a sort of nice feeling playing bassoon
Even if it is a pain to ccarry round,on frisday i have to walk a mile with it to a cathedral wher im palying with my oboe, and possiblymy violin and flute too!
