I'm currently arranging Mozart's 40th Symphony, and I came across a treble clef early-on in the bassoon part. Does anyone know how to read the notes? I thought I knew how, but now I'm not so sure.

You very rarely get treble clef written in bassoon parts.Sometimes in 20thC French solo music. When you do it's always at pitch. So if it's a G 2nd line up it'll be G 3 leger lines above bass clef.
