So lately, I've been having trouble with tuning the Eb on the staff (and who doesn't?) I only know about 2 fingerings for that note, and so I was hoping that you could help me with any other fingerings that you all may know. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thank you.

the only fingering I know of is the fingering that is:

try 1 and 3 and whisper on the left hand as always, and then add on the right hand 2 and the Bb key. If nothing else it will make the note sound better. Hope it helps

whatever you do, DON'T play the one fingered like c sharp except only using 1 and 2. It doesn't very good of a tone (for me anyway). You could try adding the top left hand pinkie finger key (18 key). Also, you could try adding the right hand pinkie key used for F on the bottom of the staff. Whatever is most in tune for you.

oh, and your bassoon matters a lot too. Different bassoons have different tuning issues. Also, if your tuning problem are on most notes, than it could be your reed. You may need to shave and adjust it. Even a different brand of reed could change your tuning...personally I order reeds from RDG (saint petersburg, medium) then shave and adjust them, but that may not work for you.
If it is JUST your eflat that is out of tune, try changing your embouchure a little when you play that note (lipping up, lipping down).

Well, it may be old but worthy of comment, and this may be obvious, but there are a lot of bad fingering charts out there. You MUST use the e flat key (top pinky key, left hand) when trying to play e flat, third space in the staff. It's not just for your low E flat!
So the fingering is 1,3,top pinky key and whisper key. It works for most bassoons. If the pitch is out of control, or the note is still unstable, add the b flat key and 2nd finger of right hand. You should be aware that for technical passages you need to be able to play e flat with left hand only, don't get too dependant on the extra fingers. I have generally found that most problems with e flat are reeds that are not adjusted to the bassoon.

Hey that was my fingering!... mostly. Also at the C#-like fingering one, that is actually a usefull trill fingering if you're going from C#/Db to D#/Eb.
