How do you warm up? How long does it take?

For me it's scales, long tones, slow pieces, and then hitting the different registers. As far as time, sometimes I don't feel I'm fully warmed up and good to go until twenty minutes to a half hour later.

Generally, I start with a bit of articulation, then slow scales with a tuner on (this is the stage when I usually feel the most depressed. . . intonation. . .), long tones, normal tempo scales(major/minor/chromatic,full-range/tonic), and sometimes a few actual warm-up exercises.

As for time. . . I envy you somewhat;lol. . . it takes me a solid hour- on the quick side. . .
