Generally, I start with a bit of articulation, then
slow scales with a tuner on (this is the stage when I usually feel the most depressed. . .
intonation. . .), long tones, normal tempo scales(major/minor/chromatic,full-range/tonic), and sometimes a few actual warm-up exercises.
As for time. . . I envy you somewhat;lol. . . it takes me a solid hour- on the quick side. . .
