I just started learning to play the bassoon and Im finally taller than it so yeah. Well Ive been working on notes but my low notes just sound like vibrations. Is there any way to improve that or is it supposed to sound that way? I`ve played flute for 6 years so I know basically nothing about double reeds.

The low notes shouldn`t sound like that. they should be just as clear as all the others. It may be a problem with the reed.you may also want to try adjusting your embochure

Good luck!
And the notes should sound clear, a little vibrating, 9as they are so low) but not like you described.

=/ then what am i doing wrong.. when i play low notes, they aren`t exactly clear... they have a sort of vibrating effect to them... the vibration is fast enough that it could be recognized as only one sound, but you can notice the sound waves are farther apart lol.. and is the instrument supposed to shake in your hands when u play the lowest note? lol...

oh, and how should i change my embouchure if that`s the problem (i`m not considering changing reeds... since september i`ve had to buy 3 reeds ad i don`t like how pricey they are compared to clarinet reeds haha) b/c my embouchure for the low notes is prtty mucht he same except i lower my jaw a bit b/c it helps the low notes come faster for me.
