Did you figure this out? What type of file? Is this sheet music? PDF format? (Adobe)?

It's all under your account page, you can "add" mp3, score, midi, or video. Just scroll through all the options.

Yeah I found it :\

MP3 but it was poor recording quality so I decided not to upload it..so I might just upload my regional etudes(which are insane this year!)

maybe today I'll upload something...
