You're welcome, TromboneGurl. Band is going fine. It's just business as usual, only a few days ago our director got mad at us and threw his conductor's baton. He snapped when 2 of our saxophones played two notes one-half step away from each other.

My spanish teacher sometimes throws pieces of chalk or dry erase markers. She's got pretty good aim. When my band director gets mad she just raises her voice really loud.

At my school, there's this science teacher that throws hacky sacks, baseballs, (though not baseballs quite as often) rubber chickens, or anything else that is handy.

It snowed again here, after being sunny and 55 degrees yesterday. Utah's weather is weird.

The weather here is weird too. It got up to 50 degrees, very warm for this time of year. Nobody was wearing coats outside. Tommorow its supposed to be 30 degrees. boo hoo.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty funny. Where do you live trombonegirl!? The weather seems very strange where you live. Its been pretty weird here too. It rained this morning then it all froze cause it got cold.

i wish it snowed in australia, ive only seen snow once on our holiday to the mountians.
its like 100 deges every day (not egsagurating, 42 degers celcius)
ive played the piano for like 8 years but i play percusion in our band. but i dont have percusion stuff at home but that means i dont have to practice but ourband is going on tour and im miles behing, its lucky our conducter picks on the trumpets. this year i started playing the euph so mabie can play that

I have a Japanese American friend who is living in Japan right now. She has a friend who lives in Australia but goes to Japan during the winter. So I kinda know an Australian person. Anyway, I'm getting really sick of snow. I don't think you would like having snow almost half the year.

I like snow, but it gets old at about the mid-January point. In Utah, the heavy snow starts in mid-November and ends in late February, although it's not uncommon for us to get dumped on even as late as May.

Sorry, but the only thing I don't like about summer is that it usually gets into the 90s and really humid. Spring and fall have the best weather around here.

In Utah, it gets up to the high nineties and low hundreds in the summer. Btw, I got a I+ on my solo. A I+ !!!!!!!!!!!! And I got a I on my ensemble.
