Hey, I saw the part that the metric system is easier, I can't figure that system out for my life! It probably is that I learned the customary system from a young age so it is what I am used to, but I still can't figure the metric system out, besides 0 celsius is freezing, cuz that makes sense to me.

I was reading some earlier posts and thought it was funny that it started as a forum for music, and now it is about totally random things. =-(0)

speaking of which, has anyone read and finished breaking dawn (4th in twilight series) I thought it was kindof boring, it took me longer to read.

vegimite... i tried it on saltine crackers... different and strong, but not gross

I haven't read breaking dawn, I haven't even read twilight yet. But one of my friends has and she keeps saying how after reading breaking dawn, she knows she can never read twilight again or eclipse, or the other one because breaking dawn was so good. I have to read those one of these days. I love to read!

Ahh, the truth is every instrument has its difficulties, and there isn't really a "hard" or "easy" instrument. They all take time to master, and if you have the dedication and will, you will make any instrument sound beautiful =)

I'd personally suggest something out of the ordinary that not too many people play.

Possibly:
Bass clarinet
Contrabass clarinet
Bassoon
Contra Bassoon
Oboe
English Horn

All these instruments are definitively lacking in this world =]

Some people think that strange instruments are hard, but it's not true!

Double reeded instruments aren't hard either.


But don't let people here on this forum decide for you, go out to a local orchestra or check on youtube and see all the different instruments. Pick one on sound, not price or looks.

0 is frezing, 100 is boiling and -400 is the coldest you can get, everything elce is somewere imbetween. egg (boiled egg) 50 is halfway between boiling and freezing

and musical panda, double reeds are certainly harder than most, especially single reeds! It's harder to play longer, and to play in tune!
also, it exhausts you upper lip when you are just starting as well.
for the person asking about instruments, try looking through a woodwind brasswind catologue and see what tickles your fancy (CHOOSE THE BASSOON ) !
