about the snow...I guess it depends more on when its snowing and how long. If its starts around 3:00 in the morning and keeps on for a few hours we probably have a snow day. I'd guess at least 6 inches. Also depends on the wind. They usually have to decide by 5:00. We had snow day on monday, it snowed all wednesday afternoon and it snowed a lot this morning too. its pretty until it starts to melt. . I wish i could go swimming right now. AT least I don't have band in the morning so our instruments are warm by the time band starts. we might be putting up our Christmas tree today.

We don't even get a snow day if it is blizzarding! Our school probably doesn't want to have to make up days we missed or something.

haha we would have to get like 3 feet of snow before they considered letting us have the day off (Well maybe not quite that much but close!)

I've NEVER had a snow day. The last one we had was when my parents were in school. It snowed four feet before they decided to cancel.

it has only ever snowed once were i live and that was in 1982

once they cancels school when it was 45 degrece. (like 110 how u american know it)

snow day again. its been snowing and sleeting since yesterday afternoon and still is. but if we miss another day, we have to make it up later. In Wisconsin schools are required to plan for at least 2 snow days without having to make it up. I really want to go swimming....or perhaps ice skating.

I dunno. He's such a good person, and I love just listening to his voice. (as well as his trumpet) The first black president of the U.S.A. should have been Wynton Marsalis, not Barack Obama.

I watched a movie about Marsalis in band. He's pretty cool. Anyway I live in the Great Lakes region. I guess I join the polar bear club (yes it actually exists!) and swim in Lake Michigan on New years day. Lake Michigan is always really cold even in summer. But I definitely wouldn't want to swim in it cause I heard that sewage gets dumped in it or something. ewwwww. I had pep band today for the b-ball game at school today. It was really fun!

I'm in pep band too but I haven't gone to any for a while. I'm just too busy!

ughhhh it was blizzarding all day today so I'm sick of the snow already but school is going to start 2 hours late tomorrow, so I guess it's not all bad.
