Someone mentioned earlier in another thread they liked all sorts of food but not Veitnamese food. You didn't know why, but you didn't like it.

You probably don't like it because of the fish sauce. In Veitnemese cuisine they use very hot spices and not just fish sauce but very very strong fish sauce. (And you don't want to know how it's made). Veitnamese fish sauce is mostly an aquired taste. I have two employees who are
Veitnamese and I do like Veitnemese food. No one else here likes it. It is the fish sauce.
