I`ve not found anything either... but I pretty much learn everything on my own anyhow. Been playing clarinet for 5 years now, and this year I really just improved by taking stuff on on my own and challenging myself. But since you don`t even know the notes or anything, I would suggest this site:
http://www.wfg.woodwind.org/cl_index.html
it`s got a great list of all of the notes, and the different ways to play them. Just learn the basic ones for now, and start on teh chalmeau register, work up to the clarion over time, and eventually, when your tone and playing quality gets good, hit teh altisimo. I`ve yet to hit much of the upper altisimo (G# and beyond) myself. It`s not too difficult an instrument to play, until you get to the higher pitch, but even that gets easy over time. Just practice practice practice. Might want to read through some of the tips for tone quality in the clarinet forum.
good luck!
